OK, Im pretty sure noone here has mentioned this band yet!

BUT, anyone that likes music and Star Wars (Sci-Fi) should get into this band.

All of their albums are a long running story. I was a bit put off by the singers voice at first and they got lumped in with the emo crowd, I really hate labels but would call them prog-rock
 
They also have two comics and a graphic novel that supports the music! 9 minute songs dripping with emotion, OTT solos and musicmanship

if your a geek (like me)...get it, you will not be dissapointed!
