Prices and rates

Curently the rate per hour is $10 for the practice room, but as of March (due to power increases) the 1st that will change to $40 for 3 hrs and $50 for 4 hours.

The storeage is $10 per band member that stores gear not per band. This rate will not be changeing on March.

Recording rates are always flexable and negotiable depending on your budget, but for an example
13 songs recorded mixed and fully mastered to radio quality $3000.00
We can do individual songs for $300 recorded mixed and fully mastered to radio quality,
or if you prefer to do and hourly rate for just recording and mixing, mastering we can do that for $30 .

Like I said above everything is negotiable and everyones budget is different. Dont hesitate to ask us about anything.

For practice's we require 24-48 hours notice of cancillations or you will be charged for the booked time.

For the items stored at our place, we provide all care but cannot cover acts of god as it were if something happend to stored gear that was out of our controll. We have a 5 sensor alarm system and we are basicaly present 24/7 on the premises. The gear will NEVER be aloud to be used by anyone else for any reason, without express permission from the owner by phone at the time.

Payment must be in cash, we cannot accept checks and we dont have eftposs. Recipts can be given if asked for, pre payment in advance for practices or storage is also ok, but we cannot run an acount for unpaid practices or storage. Payment is always at the start of practice. Your time starts from the booked time, if another band is booked in after your time you must finish and pack up before the other bands time starts.

No alcohol is aloud in the room or smokeing or food, but there are seats outside the room where you can sit and have a cigerette or a drink or eat.
