We have  couple of lights at the moment (blue and green?) we can bring them along to gigs if need be, we are planning to get some more soon...

(since this comment we have upgraded to a full lighting rig with two dimmer bars and ten parr lights and a lighting desk to run it all)

A strobe and smoke machine always go down well.

That would be the ultimate gig package, PA, engineer and lights etc.

I want to put something on at the PR Bar, will be in touch.

Due to high demand, we have just acquired a second PA for hirage. It is a fully powered speaker system, so none of the complexities of installing amplifiers involved.

It consists of two reasonable sized satellite speakers on poles (phonic A230s) available for hire for $150 (suitable for a vocal PA includes one powered monitor speaker ), and optional 18 inch SUB speakers that can be added for an extra $50 each (up to 2) if you want that fuller sound. If hired with sub(s), you can opt to have one of us can come as a setup operator for your gig without extra charge.

Comes with sound desk, cables, and mics are an extra $5 each if they are necessarry, extra monitors can be added for $25 each.

We got some new double 18 inch subs.  1600 watts rms each and a 5000 watt amp to run em.  We used a pair in Invercargil with our proel tops and the sound was really fat so we were sold. Jacob demanded a massive bottom end on tour so it got us thinking.  Looking forward to making bands sound huge as on this thing now.
next time i might put them all across the front like kings arms or the studio or any decent venue it seems. no problem with bottom end though... that kick and bass kindof make your brain rattle if you stand in front of the subs!   choice  Embarrassed
