Hi There,

Kara, Anja and Roxane from the band "Blood and Laughter" have taken the great initiative to start this neat club to help us musicians and bands on campus.

I'm Michelle, I'm a student of Auckland Uni who is also a sound engineer/sometimes band member. I run this webpage and I'm looking forward to helping some of you out this year, perhaps with recordings, rehearsal space or organising gigs/cds/compilations/promotions/marketing.

oh, I forgot to say what I'm studying...  I'm studying this year to be a Math teacher in Secondary School after discovering, while working, that I actually didn't really like Electrical and Electronic engineering as a job. I get to go to my first school as a student teacher next week... wish me luck  Smiley

ooo, good luck. I did the whole teaching thing for a while, until I came to the very sudden realisation that it just wasn't me, and wasn't for me. I only did it at the primary level area, though, not secondary. music is what's in my blood. no use denying it, or trying to be something I'm not. but to you Michelle, best of luck, and good luck with your first practicum  Kiss Smiley

I'm Sarah,Gig organiser for the AUSA"We Rock" club. I hope this year is totally awesome and that everyone pulls together to make it the most musically creative and eventful time ever!

I'm looking for a band-am a singer/guitarist.
Just hard finding people who like my music forte i guess and whom actually one a front girl singer. But alas i know its worth the wait:)

thanks Andre,

Hey Sewah, your name reminds me of my favourite childhood film - the Labyrinth, that big furry monster calls the main character "Sewah" instead of "Sarah"...

Hello Josh from Amperzahn and James from Inverse order too.

It is I, Archie McRiff. I play guitar and sing in Hogwild. We've done a couple of demos with the Rock Factory, and a couple of gigs with the Rock Club. Um, yep. I haven't been coming to RC meetings much or jams at all this year, cause I'm slack.

Are these the same guys that put an ad on bands.co.nz looking for people to record cheap demo's for bands? I emailed these guys 3 or 4 times and they never got back to me either. If they're still looking for people then my offer still stands.
